Diploma programs are targeted at all Christians who want to go deeper into the Bible and better understand basic questions of theology. But they are especially intended for lay persons who participate actively in church work, for example as prayer group leaders and assistants, or youth leaders.
Length of Studies
The Diploma programs have two components: one year’s study at Livets Ord Bible Centre and 30 academic credits at Livets Ord Theological Seminary. Having spent a year at the Bible School, it is possible to accumulate the required credits to qualify for the diploma in a further two semesters. However, many students prefer to continue their studies on a part-time basis and so extend their studies for their diploma over a longer period of time. It is also possible to undertake the first academic courses concurrent with attendance at Bible School.
Livets Ord Bible Centre (1 year), or equivalent.
For the Diploma in Pastoral Ministry, completion of the Livets Ord Theological Seminary Pastors’ Course is also required.

Some or all of the courses taken for the diplomas can be credited against a Bachelor’s degree.
Most of the courses may be undertaken via the internet
